About
This project features the work of students enrolled in Introduction to Museology at the University of Guelph in the winter of 2020. Instructed by Dr. Shauna McCabe, Director of the Art Gallery of Guelph, the students explored the history of museums - from wunderkammern and early encyclopedic museums to virtual collections and pop-up museums - examining their changing forms and roles. Thanks go to a number of individuals who assisted in the development of this virtual museum.
